Taoist Tai Chi arts OPEN HOUSE

You are invited to discover the proven health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi arts for balance, strength, flexibility and circulation, as well as to improve over-all health and well-being of body, mind and spirit. A set of 108 gentle movements that are the foundation of Tai Chi arts will be demonstrated and also explained, with some participation invited.
