Taoist Tai Chi arts BEGINNER CLASS

Taoist Tai Chi arts are proven to benefit balance, strength, flexibility and circulation, as well as to improve over-all health and well being of body, mind and spirit. Participants in a 16-week beginner session are introduced to a set of 108 gentle movements that are the foundation of Taoist Tai Chi arts. Special rates for seniors. Registration at first class.
