Are you interested in eating more beans, lentils & chickpeas, but you don't know how to start? This workshop is the perfect introduction! We'll discuss nutrition basics, as well as make some easy and delicious recipes featuring pulses (beans, lentils & chickpeas). You'll walk away from this workshop with the confidence to add these ingredients into your meal routine, and have some go-to recipes to use. In this workshop, attendees will make: -chickpea fritters -bean & salsa salad -Bailey (your host) will demo a bean/lentil dip This workshop takes place in a private kitchen. Harvest Table Nutrition is located on a beautiful apple orchard outside Thornbury, ON. More detailed instructions to find the location will be provided upon registration.
