The Blue Mountains Public Library and Inner Yogies invite YOU to participate in a soothing Virtual Gentle Yoga class. This class will be lead by Shikha Mehta Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Reiki Master & Teacher, Coach & Mentor, Founder of Inner Yogies. Shikha will guide you through breathing exercises, yoga poses, and relaxation techniques. Join us for this gentle movement class. This class is open to all skill levels.
