Expressive Arts Workshop: Creativity for Wellbeing
Join us for a 2-hour community experience where creativity meets personal growth. This workshop invites everyone, regardless of skill level, to explore art in a supportive environment.
Workshop Highlights: Immerse yourself in a dynamic process that harnesses the power of creativity for personal growth and community connection.Through visual art, movement, poetry, journaling, or whichever form of expressive art that resonates with you, seize this opportunity to express yourself. Participants will embark on a collective voyage of self-discovery.
