October is Canadian Library Month! During this month, libraries and library partners across Canada raise awareness of the valuable role libraries play in Canadians’ lives.
In Ontario, the first week of October features First Nations Public Library Week from October 4 to 8, and the third week of October is Ontario Public Library Week.
For 2021, Ontario Public Library Week will take place October 17 to October 23, 2021 and the theme is “One Card, One Million Possibilities.”
Ontario Library Association (OLA) is the provincial coordinator for Ontario Public Library Week.
